TRIXTER is currently looking for a Resource Manager to join our team as soon as possible.

Type of contract: Full-time, long-term position (minimum 1 year).

Location: Munich, Germany

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess the plan for current and future resource requirements, including needs for: people, furniture and facilities based on information from production, ensuring headcount and utilization levels are in line with the studio and show requirements.
  • Tracking and scheduling of seats, machines and licenses, interacting with the IT, Management and Production departments.
  • Provide capacities availability to Producers and Production Managers as early as possible to avoid resource gaps or overload
  • Identify and communicate shortage of Software Licenses.
  • Collaborate with Studio Manager and Head of Production.
  • Ensure successful on-boarding / off-boarding of all employees and freelancers: badge and building access, seat location, buddy set-up, security briefings, etc.
  • Responsible for overall optimum utilization of the resources.
  • Report to the Studio Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience within a VFX Film Production facility would be ideal however not essential.
  • Experience in a role focused on resource/operational planning within a multi-project, fast-paced environment with exposure to and experience in: Resource Management/Scheduling and Planning/ Project Management
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Great project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle and process: able to understand complex project requirements, understand briefs, and recognize potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing work
  • Strong administrative background is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined process steps is required.
  • Post-Production background is a plus
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Great communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Good English language skills.
  • EU citizenship or with an existing German work permit.

The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via ticket system) in a timely and accurate manner and provide end-user assistance where required

Location: Berlin, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
  • Conduct research on, and make recommendations for, hardware products in support of procurement and development efforts.
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
  • Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment.
  • Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation network software products.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, and tickets regarding desktop problems.
  • Ensure that desktop connections and peripherals, ie. keyboard, video and mouse are in proper working order.
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.


Position Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable interest in PC and desktop hardware.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC internal components.
  • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and OEM guides.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Interest in IT, Visual Effects, Gaming or similar
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

TRIXTER is currently looking for a VFX Production Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible.

Location: Munich

Type of contract: Full-time. Long-term.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining and wrapping up a project in close collaboration with the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisor
  • Organising and attending daily reviews
  • Assessing the progression of established project plans
  • Keeping the production database up to date
  • Serving as organisational contact for clients and preparing client approval session
  • Running submissions and deliveries

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of coordinating CG feature film projects in an established VFX facility
  • Knowledge of CG production pipelines and post production in general is crucial
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment
  • Able to communicate effectively across multiple teams
  • Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with current image and video formats
  • Apt to handle sensitive data with diligence
  • Ability and motivation to quickly learn new software
  • Eligible to work in Germany
