Office Secretary

Trixter is looking for a motivated, hard-working, bilingual Office Secretary to keep our Munich facilities running smoothly and undertake a variety of office and administrative support tasks. An ideal candidate has an exceptional interpersonal skill in order to work in an effective manner across all company departments and all levels of employees, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Your role would be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Regular administrative duties in the office
    • Being the first contact person for anyone internal or external
    • Welcoming visitors, clients and new employees
    • Answering the phone, opening / distributing mail
  • Purchasing and managing office-, kitchen-, restroom- and cleaning supplies
  • Facility management
    • Liaise with cleaning, catering and security companies
    • In charge of appearance, tidiness and functionality of the office; order craftsmen for repair work and maintenance
  • General assistance
    • Arranging appointments & managing schedules
    • Help with travel arrangements for executives & employees
    • Organise office activities such as in-house & off-site parties, company screenings
  • Other related duties to be assigned when needed

 

Requirements:

  • Quick learner, calm and open-minded
  • Very structured and organized
  • Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Reliability and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • experience as secretary or administrative assistant is a plus
  • Fluent in German & English: spoken and written
  • Eligible to work in Germany
